460PQF Hot-Rolled Seamless Steel Pipe Production Line

Introduction

Located in Yantai, Shandong Province, Yantai Baosteel Pipe Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011. With the 460PQF hot-rolled seamless steel pipe unit imported from SMS Meer and advanced nondestructive testing tools such as online ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic flux leakage testing and magnetic powder inspection, it is one of the world's most advanced seamless steel pipe production lines. It has four major product lines, including the casing heat treatment line with an annual capacity of 0.25 million tons, the API standard joint and coupling processing line with an annual capacity of 0.14 million tons, the regular pipe finishing line with an annual capacity of 0.21 million tons, and the high-pressure boiler tube finishing line with an annual capacity of 80 thousand tons. Its planned annual capacity is 0.6 million tons of finished products. The major products offered by Yantai Baosteel Pipe Co., Ltd. include high-grade non-sulfur-resistant casings, high sulfur-resistant intermediate casings, line pipes, pipes and tubes for ship, high-pressure-resistant seamless steel tubes and pipes for ultra-supercritical and supercritical boilers, which are 219 (177.8) to 457mm in diameter, 6.1 (5.5) to 55mm in wall thickness, and 6,000 to 15,000mm in length.

Currently, apart from ISO9001, ISO14001, and GB/T28001, Yantai Baosteel Pipe Co., Ltd. has also obtained API 5CT certification, EU Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) certification, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) certification, Det Norske Veritas (DNV) certification, Lloyd¡¯s Register of Shipping (LR) certification, Korean Register of Shipping (KR) certification, Bureau Veritas (BV) certification, China Classification Society (CCS) certification and China TS Special Equipment License, which gives its products access to various international and domestic markets of petroleum, natural gas, shipbuilding and boiler tubes, etc.
