Line Pipe
Based on its advantage in a complete process of puddling 每 steelmaking 每 heavy plates 每 UOE pipe making 每 coating, Baosteel is able to produce large-diameter UOE SAWL pipes in accordance with standards such as API Spec 5L/ISO 3183/DNV OS-F101/AS 2885/CSA Z245/DEP 31.40.20.37/PTS 31.40.20.38/GB 9711. Featured by purity, stability, low contents of C/P/S, high toughness, good weldability and precise geometrical dimensions, Baosteel UOE pipes are widely applied for transmission of oil, gas, pulp, water, high-temperature steam and other media. Besides, they are adaptable to the requirements of future gas pipelines for onshore and marine purposes and can be used under complicated and harsh environmental conditions such as deep sea, low temperature, acidity, huge drop height and earthquakes. Furthermore, Baosteel has also developed new products such as subsea line pipes that reach the steel grade of X70/L485, X80/X90/X100/X120 ultra-high-strength line pipes, HIC/SSC resistant line pipes that reach the steel grade of X70/L485, and X70/X80 strain-based line pipes. Coating Line Pipe
Based on its advantage in a complete process of puddling 每 steelmaking 每 heavy plates 每 UOE pipe making 每 coating, Baosteel is able to coat large-diameter UOE SAWL pipes with outer coatings such as 3PE, 3PP, 2-FBE, 1-FBE as well as inner coatings such as liquid epoxy in accordance with coating standards such as DIN 30670, DIN 30678, CSA Z245.20/Z245.21, DEP 31.40.30.31-Gen, SY/T 0413-2002, and SY/T 0315-2005. Pile Pipe
Based on its advantage in a complete process of puddling 每 steelmaking 每 heavy plates 每 UOE pipe making, Baosteel is able to produce large-diameter UOE SAWL pipes for pilework in accordance with standards such as API Spec 5L, ASTM A139, ASTM A252, JIS G3444, GB/T 3091, and API 2B. At present, Baosteel pile pipes have been successfully applied to fields such as wind power pilework, and UOE pile pipes are widely applicable for pileworks in various environments such as rivers, seas, and frozen soil. The length of a single pile pipe is up to 18.3 meters.

Structural Pipe
Based on its advantage in a complete process of puddling 每 steelmaking 每 heavy plates 每 UOE pipe making, Baosteel is able to produce large-diameter UOE SAWL pipes for structural parts in accordance with standards such as API Spec 5L, ASTM A139, ASTM A252, JIS G3444, GB/T 3091 and API 2B. At present, Baosteel X100 high-strength UOE structural pipes have been successfully applied to Keppel Offshore Platform's 5,000-ton Floating Crane Project.
