Coating Process
To improve corrosion resistance and machinability of tin plates, coating, commonly known yellow, white or transparent coating, is a must. The coating process is normally made up of the following steps, including plate conveying, coating, baking and curing, cooling and stacking. Major equipment includes a coater and a drying oven. The coater applies the wet paint to steel plates which then are sent to the drying oven to be heated in accordance with the pre-set curing curve.
