QStE series steels are high strength low alloy steels specially developed by Baosteel for commercial vehicles. Because of the excellent properties, these products are welcomed by the market and have long time and great quantity using in major manufacturers. The total sales exceeded 0.5 million tons.

QStE系列热轧高强钢将析出强化作用以及贝氏体相变强化作用结合，在获得高强度的同时，保证了良好的低温韧性以及冷加工性能，并具有良好的疲劳性能。

QStE series steels are strengthened by the combination of precipitate strengthen and bainite phase strengthen. These steels gain high strength as well as good low temperature toughness, cold forming ability and good fatigue resistance.

主要用途：此系列产品在汽车结构件和汽车底盘等领域得到批量稳定应用，如商用车横梁、纵梁、冲压结构件、客车框架等。通过提高钢材的强度级别，能够降低钢板的厚度，减轻结构件的自重。

■ QStE700TM在商用车底盘领域的轻量化应用：

双层梁（B510L）轻量化设计为高强单层梁（QStE650TM），可实现减重20-25%

■ QStE700TM方管在客车领域的轻量化应用：

采用高强QStE700TM高强方管进行新能源汽车轻量化，减重12-15%

QStE series steels are widely used to make vehicle structure parts and chassis, such as cross member, longeron, beam, drawing parts, frame of buses. These steels can help to reduce the weight by decrease the design thickness.

■ Lightweight effect of QStE700TM in commercial vehicle chassis:

Using QStE700TM, the double layer longeron of B510L upgrades into single layer, and loses about 20-25% of its weight.

■ Lightweight effect of QStE700TM in buses:

Using the square pipe made by QStE700TM instead of S355JR, the frame of buses can lose 12-15% weight.
